Our Company has a wealth of over 100 years of experience and handles all aspects of the property. This includes property development, residential sales, lettings and property maintenance. We work with homeowners to deliver their dreams and help investors to buy and develop their portfolio. Our advice and help are given freely, to try and assist in any way possible, to build relationships for the long term which gives confidence and assurance to people who employ our services.

At present, we are managing over 400 properties which cover residential single lets, HMO rooms, blocks of apartments, student homes and serviced accommodation. We cater for the UK and International markets as well as residential and investor sales.

Our construction arm has carried out both small and large refurbishments, ranging from £50k to £25m GDV. We have just finished our development of apartments in Manchester and most recently a prestige development in Bolton. In Q4 2019 we completed a 317-bed student accommodation, in Q4 2020 we will complete a 56 apartment block in Liverpool, L1, we have recently submitted plans for a 120 apartment block on Liverpool waterfront which will overlook the new cruise terminal, the new Isle of Man ferry and Everton FC's new football ground.

The design team we call upon for our developments is first class. Coupled with the experience of our architects, consultancy report teams, PMQs, form the groundworks to the final hand over at PC, we know we can deliver a project to suit all categories.
